What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the entire Supply Chain Finance process, including weekly reconciliation between Blackline, SAP, and JDE.
- Resolve complex daily returned ACH transactions within SAP (YAMBS).
- Maintain internal controls and account standards, ensuring compliance for all company-issued checks over 180 days (JDE / SAP).
- Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in JDE / SAP, including month-end close activities.
- Prepare and process payments as needed across multiple systems (JDE / SAP); assign and resolve incoming inquiries related to payments.
