Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager with a strong track record in CRM administration, email marketing, and lifecycle optimization. This role will leverage your expertise in segmentation, automated workflows, and targeted email campaigns-particularly within HubSpot-to drive meaningful engagement, retention, and customer advocacy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, along with HubSpot certification, but more importantly, a holistic understanding of how to create impactful customer journeys. You will oversee segmentation strategies, execute high-impact email campaigns, manage referral initiatives, and ensure the integrity and growth of our marketing database.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Campaign Management:
- Strategically plan and execute customer lifecycle campaigns-from lead nurturing and onboarding to retention and reactivation.
- Develop tailored segmentation strategies to reach distinct customer groups with relevant, timely communications across the entire customer journey.
Email Marketing Execution & Optimization:
- Create, implement, and refine email marketing campaigns designed to engage, convert, and retain customers.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously improve key metrics such as open and click-through rates.
- Utilize automation, dynamic content, and lifecycle triggers to deliver personalized experiences that align with each stage of the customer's relationship.
Referral Program Management:
- Oversee and enhance our referral marketing initiatives, using HubSpot for tracking and rewards management.
- Identify opportunities to incentivize customer advocacy, optimize referral workflows, and measure the program's contribution to new customer acquisition.
CRM & Database Integrity:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the marketing database, ensuring accurate segmentation, clean data, and high-quality customer profiles.
- Configure and refine workflows, lead scoring models, and data structures within HubSpot to support personalized campaigns and reporting needs.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover trends, guide strategic decisions, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage HubSpot's analytics alongside other data tools to inform segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Regularly share insights, recommendations, and performance reports with cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of lifecycle initiatives across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lifecycle marketing to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience:

- 5 years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a B2C or B2B environment.
- HubSpot certification and proven experience configuring workflows, managing databases, and running automated campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in executing referral programs and complex email marketing initiatives.
