Major Responsibilities:
- Develop a variety of pharmacy-related reports, including: Productivity, inventory, and KPI reports. Revenue opportunity and special initiative reporting. Third-party contract compliance reports.
- Validate the accuracy and integrity of generated reports
- Perform data manipulation and analysis using technical languages like Python and/or SQL.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
- Build and maintain reports in Excel
- Build and maintain reports in Snowflake
- Communicate efficiently and effectively to all report stakeholders
- Support organizational merger by aligning and optimizing reporting structures
- Contribute to the design and validation of transitioning pharmacy data to a cloud-based data infrastructure.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- None Required.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, defining business and user requirements, acceptance testing and documentation with experience in the specific function/area supported.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Advanced computer skills including experience in using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, Access) or similar products, and experience with large scale automated systems.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, data structures and algorithms, and working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Scala, Java.
- Experience with application users, vendors and other technical experts, providing operational support for clinical systems, analyzing business and clinical processes, and providing user training/education.
- Project management experience with ability to use project management software.
- Necessary analytical skills to make sound recommendations based on data analysis, and clinical user needs, assuring maximum productivity, and continuous process improvement.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, be detail and results oriented, set appropriate priorities and accomplish assignments in a thorough and timely fashion.
- Strong organizational, problem and issue resolution skills. Ability to gather and organize data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of change management practices and procedures.
