Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional advisor to community Boards, maintaining regulatory knowledge.
- Conduct Board, Annual, and Budget meetings and create management reports.
- Assist in the selection of contractors and insurance for community maintenance.
- Oversee vendor management, budgeting, and financial accuracy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Board Members to enhance service.
- Analyze and address potential problems efficiently.
- Ensure the upkeep and appearance of common areas and facilities.

- Experience using Vantaca or similar community management software.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and its tools like Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, and Scorecards.
- Strong knowledge of HOA and Condominium financials, including budgeting, assessments, and reserve studies.
- Experience managing association maintenance projects, vendor contracts, and bidding processes.
- Understanding of governing documents, CC&Rs, bylaws, and board meeting protocols.
- Ability to effectively communicate with board members, homeowners, and vendors.
- Prior experience with collections, delinquency management, and attorney coordination for HOAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and familiarity with remote work tools.
- Background in customer service or conflict resolution within a community setting.
- Knowledge of state and local HOA regulations in the areas served.
- Experience with data analysis or reporting to track community performance.
- Industry certifications like CMCA, AMS, or PCAM (preferred but not required).
