Join our dynamic team as a pivotal player in shaping the future with robust internal controls and governance excellence! In this role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of strategic action plans, driving urgency and dedication across multiple concurrent projects. By analyzing key business data and metrics, you'll help steer the strategic roadmap, providing clear, impactful updates to upper management. Collaborate with leadership to refine our operating model, coordinating essential meetings and ensuring seamless execution of follow-up actions. You'll be instrumental in managing overtime metrics, global training initiatives, and access controls, while maintaining an accurate and efficient headcount model. This is your chance to lead transformation and innovation in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Key administration of internal controls and governance including developing and updating plans, tracking progress and status monitoring through completion of action plans. Ability to oversee progress of multiple concurrent action plans / projects and driving a sense of urgency and dedication across all key deliverables.

  • Analyze key business data and metrics to help drive priorities and execution of the strategic roadmap

  • Provides clear and concise written and verbal updates and summarizes weekly project reports for upper management

  • Prompt escalation to management on key project risks and issues

  • Coordinate key leadership meetings including logistics, attendees, agendas, note taking and follow-up actions

  • Collaboration with the leadership team to establish and improve the operating model including process improvement, tracking of management priorities, key measurements, and governance.

    • Track weekly / monthly Overtime metrics and work with various departments to decrease overtime spend

    • Create and track training needs and progress globally

    • Oversee controls for access mgmt.

    • Headcount mgmt.

      • create and maintain and accurate view of headcount, monthly variances in both actuals and approved versus the Op Plan.

      • Provide details of monthly headcount efficiencies to Transformation Program weekly reporting cadence

      • Manage Contingent worker pool

    • Track monthly associate allocations

    • Semi-annual key artifact governance and monitoring

    • Collaborate on other topics for change management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business controls / project management

  • Highly organized with an ability to manage to tight delivery timelines and ensure the organization is on track to deliver key priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to articulate complex issues in a concise way

  • Ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders in Finance, HR and Risk Management

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; strong relationship management skills; results driven.

  • Proficient and effective in the Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Powerpoint, Word)

  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
