As an emerging front-runner in customer relations and brand development, our firm is dedicated to helping our clients establish, build and manage their local market presence for specialized telecommunication products and services. We believe in delivering world-class services to our customers, from executing sales presentations to answering customer questions. Our Entry Level Customer Relations team ensures we continue to expand our client's customer base in the local area through the use of highly customized outreach campaigns. Currently, we are in the process of hiring an Entry Level Customer Relations Manager to join our Fresno County based team immediately.
What you will be doing as an Entry Level Customer Relations Manager :
- Engage, qualify, educate, and provide newly qualified customers with our client's products and services
- Adhere to compliance and sales training requirements to offer appropriate products and services
- Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural
- Assist the management team in exceeding established goals for the team by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive customer experience
- Stay current on our client's products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, in-office training and networking events
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s (e.g., management, operations, sales) daily processes and goals
- Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully
