Summary

As a member of the 522 Client Services team, our Producers are instrumental in guiding projects from the ‘big idea’ through delivery. That means you serve as the main point of contact for clients - ensuring smooth communication, leading presentations, and providing strategic solutions that exceed client expectations. This means you know how to expertly manage budgets, guide creative direction, and work closely with your team to deliver killer results. By providing clients with continuous strategic support, you’ll forge meaningful relationships that keep your clients coming back again and again. You have:

• 3-5 years experience in producing videos, or experience in a relevant field such as marketing, public relations, event management, or communications
• A Bachelor’s degree and legal eligibility to work in the US
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both internally and with clients
• Exceptional task delegation and resource management skills
• Advanced organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in project and asset management
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying timelines
• Solid understanding of multimedia production best practices and modern technology
• Familiarity with video production sets and team roles - as well as processes, techniques, and terminology

You will:

• Collaborate with team members (creative directors, animators, production crew, editors, designers, etc.) to create high-quality deliverables that make a difference for our clients
• Create and manage client-facing project schedules across various projects with overlapping timelines
• Manage internal team resources and operations to ensure deadlines are met across multiple active projects
• Diligently and accurately track project hours, expenses, and budgets using project management tools and processes
• Proactively identify and escalate issues or project risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate project expectations clearly with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for field and studio shoots - including managing locations, talent, props, freelancers, etc.
• Proof deliverables with high attention to detail for quality and alignment within the project scope

Special Considerations:

• Must be able to work the occasional early morning, late night, and/or weekend as needed on a per-project basis. We understand that filming requires odd hours and call times could range from wee morning to late night.
• Experience working with government agencies as well as the private sector is a plus
• This position will sometimesrequire 40 hour work weeks. This is not an overtime-eligible position
