As a technician, you will oversee the setup, operation, and upkeep of AV equipment. We seek a candidate with robust technical skills, a love for AV tech, and a dedication to top-tier client service. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site audiovisual equipment installations (incl. sound systems, cameras, interactive panels, smart boards, etc.)
- Assist students with Microsoft / Windows applications support
- Keep an accurate record of equipment history
- Foster positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with IT services.
- Provide help desk support : Set up Chromebooks for educational use.
- Troubleshoot / configure various tech equipment
- Assist with campus events when needed
