We are seeking a Collaboration & Partnership Account Manager to lead and manage strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand integrations on behalf of our CPG clients. This role requires a strong ability to identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that align with brand goals, drive ROI, and create impactful marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, strategic thinker, and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the CPG landscape, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Execution
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with complementary brands, retailers, influencers, and media platforms.
- Develop and execute co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, and joint marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment on deliverables, objectives, and ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of partnerships, from ideation to reporting, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
Account & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for CPG brand clients, managing their partnership strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and brand collaborators.Act as a strategic consultant, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize partnership performance.Influencer & Content Collaborations
Identify and engage relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement.Develop influencer partnership strategies, overseeing contract negotiations, content approvals, and performance tracking.Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign goals.Campaign Performance & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to partnerships and collaborations, providing insights and optimizations.Work with internal teams (marketing, creative, PR, and digital) to ensure campaign execution meets strategic goals.Leverage data and industry trends to refine partnership strategies and improve effectiveness.Industry & Market Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging collaboration opportunities, and competitor activities in the CPG space.Research and identify innovative partnership models that can be leveraged for client success.Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or business development within an agency or CPG industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand partnerships.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with brands, agencies, influencers, and media partners.Deep understanding of CPG marketing, retail partnerships, and digital / influencer marketing trends .Excellent project management skills , with the ability to handle multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure partnership success.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and collaboration.Why Join Us?
