Job Title : Production Technician
Location : Thornton, CO
Shift : 2nd (3pm-1 : 30am)
Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, filling, capping, and palletizing products, as well as performing machine set-up, tear-down, and cleaning. Success in this role will be achieved through developing proficiency in these tasks, which will offer opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate machinery for filling, capping, and palletizing products.
- Set up and tear down equipment, clean machinery, and reset for the next product run.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and lockout / tagout procedures.
- Support production goals by working efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications :
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
Physical Demands : The physical requirements of this position include standing for 6 to 8 hours per day, using hands and arms with precision, and frequently lifting / moving up to 50 pounds. The role also requires regular walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Work Environment : The work environment involves regular exposure to high-speed machinery, mechanical parts, and occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, machine oils, chemicals, and fumes.
