We are looking for friendly and outgoing Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be responsible for interacting directly with customers in store, via phone, or email in order to sell product, answer questions, and problem solve. We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn quickly and that are adabtable to a retail environment. Knowledge of lumber, hardware, siding, and all building materials is strongly desired. Knowledge of door and window sales is not required, but will eventually be learned over time through on-the-job training. There is opportunity for advancement in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Be able to speak English.
- Be able to handle stress.
- Handle objections from customers.
- Handle customer issues.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of sales process.
- Handwritten math skills and basic geometric calculations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
