This position is a salary and commission sales position within the best Manufactured Home Community in Panama City! We are filling up the park with New Homes and you will have ample opportunity to earn commissions.
- Meet with prospective residents to evaluate compatibility with the community and needs
- Lead prospective residents through the sales process from start to finish
- Complete purchase contracts on homes in the community
- Take calls, respond to leads, and track conversions on home sales
- Regular reporting on marketing results and activity.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends/late afternoons)
- Maintain tracking systems and constant communication with the property teamto ensure all closings take place as scheduled and copies of closing documents are sent back to the home office
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales
- Above average communication skills. Written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills. Email, Word, Excel fluency.
- Experience with social media (FB, IQ, X, etc.)
- Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Car Sales, Real Estate Sales, Solar Sales, Cellular Sales, Outside Sales, Face-to-Face Sales, Door-to-Door Sales
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Highly Organized
- Attention to detail
- High School Grad
- Will need to be able to hold a FL MH Sales License (Background Check)
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not necessary (Spanish)
