This position is a salary and commission sales position within the best Manufactured Home Community in Panama City! We are filling up our newest manufactured housing community, Hidden Oasis Estates, with new homes. When you hit the sales goals, plan on making approximately $100,000 per year. Some of that is base salary, some is commission.

Key Outcomes Of This Role
This position is a salary and commission sales position within the best Manufactured Home Community in Panama City! We are filling up our newest manufactured housing community, Hidden Oasis Estates, with new homes. When you hit the sales goals, plan on making approximately $100,000 per year. Some of that is base salary, some is commission.
- Hit Sales Goal: Sell 1 home per week from June 1 to the end of 2025
- Respond & Nurture Leads: Answer every incoming call by the 3rd ring. Respond to 100% of leads within 2 hours of initial contact. (Social Media, Email, Inquiries) and follow up with the leads list without missing a deadline.
- Book Showings: Book 10 qualified buyer showings per week who view a home. Buyers must be “pre-qualified” and post-showing feedback questions provided to Sales Manager on every showing.
- Marketing Homes: 100% of the pre-market sales tasks shall be completed within 24 hours of when a home is ready to be sold.
- Escrows: 100% of escrows shall close on time with a 90% satisfaction score by the title company and buyer.
- Write Contracts: Write contracts to 100% accuracy to our internal standards.
- Homeowner Handoff: Handoff shall be completed the same day as closing. Achieve a satisfaction score of 90% by the park manager.
Position Requirements- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Sales.
- Above average communication skills. Written and verbal.
- Intermediate computer skills. Email, Word, Excel fluency.
- Experience with social media (FB, IQ, X, etc.)
- Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Car Sales, Real Estate Sales, Solar Sales, Cellular Sales, Outside Sales, Face-to-Face Sales, Door-to-Door Sales
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Highly Organized
- Attention to detail.
- High School Grad
- Will need to be able to hold a FL MH Sales License (Background Check)
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not necessary (Spanish)
