Now Hiring: Project Architect – Hotel-to-Condo Conversion | Manhattan-Based Office
We’re partnering with a NYC-based design firm on a search for a seasoned Project Architect to help lead the transformation of an existing hotel into a luxury residential condominium in Brooklyn. ( You will be based in office in Manhattan.)
This is a technically rich project ideal for someone who thrives in complex renovations and wants to take ownership of a high-impact, design-forward build.
🔹 10–15 years of experience (conversion work strongly preferred)
🔹 Strong management and CD development skills
🔹 Must work in-office 5 days a week (Manhattan location)
🔹 Proficient in AutoCAD (capable of drawing and managing a small team)
🔹 Deep knowledge of NYC building codes
🔹 Familiar with accessibility requirements, consultant coordination, and AG reporting
🔹 Experience preparing Landmarks packages a bonus
🔹 Licensed preferred, not required
Salary Range: $120–135K
