Project Superintendent with heavy equipment operating Experience to oversee Heavy Civil construction projects. The projects are typically low manpower (2-4 crewmembers) and low equipment (trackhoe, loader, skidsteer).
53 Corporation performs civil engineering projects as a general contractor specializing in large drainage and water quality improvement projects predominately for city, state, and public municipalities. Additionally, we perform road improvement projects including sewer, water and storm drainage as well as associated structural concrete.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage project scheduling.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, ensuring quality control and compliance with blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of construction quality.
