Your Role in Patient Recovery:
- Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Communicate patient progress or concerns to supervisors and other team members; provide education to patient's family or nursing staff on follow-through programs.
- Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, relevant professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
- Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
