Senior Human Resources Generalist (Casual, Fun Environment)
POSITION
Embrace an opportunity where your employee relations, HR and payroll skills support the lively atmosphere of a group of 30 restaurants! In this corporate office, dynamic setting, each decision matters, and your expertise will be fully utilized.
Would you like to be a part of our team? If so, as our experienced HR Generalist you will :
- Develop and improve several aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll and other HR areas.
- Coach and support managers, supervisors, and employees, providing guidance on disciplinary matters, investigations, and terminations while adhering to and upholding Kellan policies and procedures.
- Partner with our restaurant units to provide advice, training, and support on various HR functions.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and work with managers to ensure all employees are paid accurately and timely.
- Implement, organize, and maintain policies and procedures related to the HR department.
- Be an innovative force when solving the bizarre, unimaginable situations that will come up.
- Serve in other areas as needed, such as unofficial lawyer, counselor, teacher, peacemaker, detective, etc.
- And if you couldn’t tell, you should have a good sense of humor!
