Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our construction team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and successful project execution. Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Track project progress and update reports to ensure deadlines are met.
- Process invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, and maintain calendars.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with construction software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in construction management or administration is a bonus.
