Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure that all amenities and supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all rooms are spotless and prepared for guest arrivals.
- Follow all cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in laundry duties when necessary and ensure all linens are properly cared for.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a high-end or luxury hotel setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
