M-F 8-4:30PM

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor collection agencies, including loan servicing, primary and secondary collection agencies, and bankruptcy and probate vendors.
  • Execute audits of collection agencies to ensure compliance with agency work standards assigned by the organization.
  • Maintain and update agency work standards, ensuring compliance with FDCPA, PHI, HIPAA, and PCI requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, requirements, functional specifications, test procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Facilitate and maintain long-term relationships between Self Pay Receivables collection agencies and the Revenue Cycle Vendor Management Team.
  • Create, evaluate, and analyze reports for collection vendors, providing explanations and recommendations for strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Handle all reporting, measurements, auditing, and communications related to Champion Challenge agency strategy.
  • Monitor agency performance and recommend performance improvement strategies and technical changes.
  • Monitor industry practices that could enhance or adversely affect collection strategy or revenue cycle goals.
  • Develop, generate, and audit various performance and quality reports related to Key Performance Indicators for the internal collections team.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field. 

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 2 years of Revenue Cycle, Analyst or Collections experience. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • ​ Ability to proactively develop strategic/ tactical plans, prioritize needs and effectively manage resources. 
  • Proven ability to guide individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, setting high  
  • performance standards and delivering quality services. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with limited guidance or direction. 
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of revenue cycle with a focus on billing and collections. 
  • Consistent commitment to continuous improvement. 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • ​​​​​​ Position may require travel which may result in exposure to road and weather hazards. 
  • Exposed to normal office environment. 
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Pay Range

$30.15 - $45.25
