Key Performance Indicators:

• Create and implement social media campaigns that meet or exceed engagement targets.
• Develop and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our artists' unique identities.
• Maintain a strong online presence by monitoring and responding to fan interactions on social media.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver impactful content, amplify marketing efforts, and explore new business opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and recommending actionable improvements to our marketing strategies.
• Contribute to the development of email marketing initiatives, focusing on compelling content and targeted audience segmentation.

Necessary Experience and Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music or entertainment sectors.
• Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
