Job description

We are an established embroidery and screen print company located in Zanesville, OH and serving businesses throughout the United States. We are seeking a B2B sales Representative to join our Team! We have been in business for 40 years and are growing.

You will be working directly with customers on the phone and via email. You will be part of a team, communicating with past and current customers as well as targeting potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/customer service, and a desire to grow with our company.
Previous experience in our industry, B2B or B2C sales is beneficial but we are willing to train the right person.

This position is full-time and on-site, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Starting pay range is $15-$17 per hour.
5B’s Sales Reps can make a substantial monthly BONUS pending new customer acquisition. This is a non-commissioned position so you will have steady and reliable income. Benefits are available after a short period.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Prepare reports on account status
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Develop knowledge of our services and merchandise
• Maintain detailed account recaps.
• Speaks directly with new and existing customers and clients to explain services offered.
• Contacts prospects and explains features of products and services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
• Calculate and quote prices.
• Leverage our in-house decorating, screen print, embroidery, direct-to-garment services for maximum client impact.
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Requirements

• Experience in business to business Sales required
• Proven ability to juggle multiple duties at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Must be able to work effectively in a Team Environment and independently
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Friendly out-going personality
• Willingness to learn and follow training
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Resilience and an ability to overcome objections.
• Knowledge of B2B Sales
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to remain cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and Time-Management Skills

• Reliable transportation and attendance
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
