The Customer Service Office Assistant will be responsible for:
Floating between customer service desks to help cover absences, taking care of customer service inquiries and orders- Acting as receptionist one hour per day
- Organizing orders and paperwork, running reports
Hours M-F 8:30am-5pm
Starting pay ranges from $15-$17 per hour.
At 5B’s, our customer service reps dive into the embroidery world to help their customers with inquiries and orders. They learn everything about our process from when the order is placed to when the finished product leaves our site, including what products we work with and how to write the order to get from the office, into production and out the door. Our reps do more than just answer questions over the phone, they follow the process until complete and ensure customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels. (Phone, email, etc.)
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Process orders, forms and requests from customers.
- Handle 8-line phone system at the front desk one hour per day
- Keep files, artwork, etc. organized and up to date
