Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Integration and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating order systems, creating and maintaining reports, and modifying and maintaining our customer portal for our ERP software. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Integrate various order systems with our ERP software.
· Develop, create, and maintain comprehensive reports for different business units.
· Modify and maintain the customer portal to ensure seamless user experience and functionality.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement system requirements.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system integration and reporting.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems.
· Provide training and support to end-users on new functionalities and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience with ERP systems
· Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
· Experience with system integration and data migration.
· Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar.
· Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for portal modifications.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with API integrations.
· Knowledge of business processes in the screen printing and embroidery industry.
· Certification in ERP systems or related technologies.
