Job Summary
Personal and Office Assistant for multiple business owner. Heavy emphasis on Marketing, Advertising and Social Media.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and give tours of Spa or businesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain organized content calendar, schedule, office and personal needs.
- Utilize Google SEO, keywords and tools.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing correspondence, and preparing meeting materials.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Support owner and office needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in an assistant and doing social media, marketing and advertising.
- Proficiency in using technology and computer applications is essential.
- Strong computer literacy skills with experience in Canva, Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Google SEO, Square, GoDaddy.
- Excellent attitude with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
