Due to recent office expansion, our firm is hiring Promotional Brand Assistants. The Entry Level Role is an essential part of our Marketing and Sales team. The primary goal of the Entry Level Promotional Brand Assistants is to consistently provide a high level of support and experience to the team in order to maintain clients, generate revenue, grow the client base, and grow the company.
Who you will be working with :
Our Marketing team is the face of our clients to our customers, and we want their support experience to set new standards, just like our clients’ products do. Our Marketing team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new products and promotional packages, and sharing feedback with the rest of the office to influence company development.
Key Promotional Brand Assistant Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage and service existing customer relationships
Answer all potential customers' questions in a professional manner
Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; Remember we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
Provide expertise, support, and hands-on assistance in all realms of the sales process, making sure customers receive the products that they want, when they want, how they want
Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company
Responsible for assisting in hitting sales goals as a team effort to increase client revenue and working towards earning high commissions
