Warehouse and Production Manager:
We are seeking an individual to manage and work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This individual will be skilled using warehouse equipment (forklift, electronic pallet jacks), have previous management experience, a strong work ethic, and familiarity with Windows Office Suite (primarily EXCEL).
Responsibilities include:
- Warehouse Operations: Manage daily activities like receiving, storage, and shipping, optimizing space utilization and workflow.
- Logistics: Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train production/warehouse staff. Ensure proper staffing levels, with a skilled and motivated workforce.
- EH&S: Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure familiarity with OSHA, EPA (DEEP) and other safety and environmental regulatory requirements to ensure a productive and safe work environment..
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee general maintenance, maintenance records for warehouse/production and safety equipment.
- Production Planning: Create and execute production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient production.
- Inventory: Monthly and quarterly inventory counts
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the processing and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
