Job Overview:
Leads others in designing, developing, implementing and updating Agentic AI solutions in accordance with the needs of the organization. Evaluate, schedule, and resource development projects; investigate user needs; and documents, tests and maintains Agentic AI workflows and components.
Essential Functions:
- Owns the development of 1-2 agentic workflow transformations
- Works with business leads, ML scientists and engineers and third party system integrators to develop overall solution architecture of Agentic AI transformation projects, leads them in developing the roadmap for the execution of such projects.
- Ensures appropriate governance and reporting to senior management.
- Leads the needed change management to ensure the implementation of new agentic workflows within RDS processes.
- Leads others in analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, modifying, and maintaining Agentic AI enhancements and/or new products used in RDS operations.
- Leads others in translating detailed business needs and specifications into the overall solution architecture for Agentic AI workflows.
- Prepares documentation and procedures for development, production and maintenance.
- Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications/products.
- Leads teams using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading large complex AI product development programs
- Master's Degree Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field
- Incumbent possesses and has demonstrated basic knowledge of systems and software development with up to eight (8) years experience in software development

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $159,000.00 - $295,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $159,000 - $295,400
