Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications.
- Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data.
- Utilize visualization tools such as Spotfire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.
- Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in clinical trials or life sciences industry
- 3 years’ extensive experience in clinical data programming and Data Visualization using tools such as Python, Spotfire, or similar.
- Python programming skill is Mandatory.
- Experience with PySpark, Databricks is preferred.
- Proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $106,200.00 - $177,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $106,200 - $177,000
