*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Retired Law Enforcement Officer/ Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and students. The available shifts are Monday's from 7:30-6 and Friday's from 7:30-3 with the option to fill in on other days when needed.
*Duties*
- Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Respond to emergencies and security threats
- Enforce laws on the property
- Conduct security checks and inspections
- Write detailed incident reports
*Qualifications*
- Must possess a valid armed security officer certificate
- Proficient in conflict management and surveillance techniques
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention strategies
- Experience in law enforcement is required
- Familiarity with first aid and CPR protocols
Job Type: Part-time
