Duties

- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations as established by the organization while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide loss prevention services by identifying theft or damage and reporting incidents accordingly.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents as required.
- Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Proficient in first aid and CPR, with certification preferred.
- Background in law enforcement or military experience is required.
