Operations Specialist I

Summary / Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered family.

Essential Functions

• Perform employee in- and out-processing on customer site.
• Create labor utilization tracking accounts in cloud-based Tracker application for Directorate-level employees.
• Use data network and PC-based software application CertTrax to track and monitor currency of employees specialized training, qualifications, certifications, and expirations, etc.
• Provide metrics to the Program Manager on status of retention and hiring requests.
• Assist colleagues in weekly receipt, review, and coalescing of labor hours from supervisor groups of employees to enable weekly comprehensive submission for processing in Contractor Information Management System (CIMS).
• Assist with material purchase requests (MPRs), MPR expense reports, and invoicing preparation for accounting staff.
• Provide on-site support and liaison with Human Resources staff in executing Medical Surveillance Program (MSP) for employees.
