Lab Tech, Specimen Management Intern – Summer 2025, Onsite

IQVIA is hiring a Lab Tech Intern for the Summer of 2025 in our Marietta, GA office! This is a 100% onsite internship and candidates must be local to the Marietta office.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Support the relocation & expansion of laboratory and clinical trial kitting operations

• Support project management of relocation and expansion projects

• Support relocation of equipment, instrumentation, computers, supplies, reagents, and specimens

• Perform data collection and analysis as needed

• Ensure equipment/instrumentation meets compliance and business requirements.

• Coordinate with external vendors

• Tracking project schedules and plans

• Confirm facility and instrument specifications and requirements

• Facilitating the development and maintenance of documentation in accordance with applicable SOPs.

• Partnering with Facilities Management and Contractors

• Attend and support project meetings and trainings

• Support the development of project presentations and communications

Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or related field

• Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment.

• Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement

• Evidence of strong team work and communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,900.00 - $53,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Salary : $31,900 - $53,100
