We are seeking a Laboratory Associate – Laboratory Operations to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Austin, TX.

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of routine testing procedures to obtain data for use in clinical trials research, while adhering to applicable SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate analytical results against system algorithms, escalating unusual findings to senior staff as needed.
Prepare buffers, solutions, and handle post-analysis sample and reagent storage.
Assist in the development and writing of laboratory procedures and techniques.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness consistent with 6S standards and notify appropriate staff of supply shortages.
Ensure timely, accurate communications with cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in continuing education through training and self-study to enhance skill sets.
Comply with all company procedures, safety initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology (some CAP/CLIA locations may require a degree).
6 months relevant laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Understanding of laboratory equipment, safety practices, and infection control procedures.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to manage effective reporting procedures.
Strong collaboration and workflow management abilities.
Applicable certifications and licenses as required by regulatory bodies.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,100.00 - $68,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $41,100 - $68,500
