We are seeking a Laboratory Associate to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Valencia, CA.

Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will perform routine testing procedures and data analysis to support clinical trials research while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
Evaluate the validity of analytical results using lab computer system algorithms.
Identify and document performance errors or unusual results and escalate them to senior lab personnel.
Prepare buffers, solutions, and reagents for analysis as required.
Conduct secondary review of analytical results upon demonstrating competence with instruments or data types.
Ensure proper storage of post-analysis samples and reagents.
Contribute to the development and writing of new laboratory procedures and techniques.
Maintain laboratory organization, adhering to 6S standards, and report supply shortages.
What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology (required).
Minimum 6 months of relevant lab experience (required).
Proficiency with laboratory equipment and knowledge of GLP and regulatory agency standards.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, and close eye work requirements (e.g., computer use, reading small prints). Physical demands vary based on tasks and assigned work areas; occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proficiency in basic computer skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and maintain control of workflow.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $45,200.00 - $75,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $45,200 - $75,400
