We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Valencia, CA.

Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing routine analysis, laboratory testing procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation while adhering to regulatory standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform and document analytical procedures in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Analyze data to ensure procedures meet acceptable tolerances, escalating issues to senior lab personnel when needed.
Prepare data analysis results for upload to the LIMS system under guidance from senior staff.
Support quality investigations, deviation management, and procedural resolution processes.
Prepare buffers, solutions, and reagents for testing as required.
Train entry-level staff, assist with onboarding, and perform hands-on training in proven competencies.
Conduct calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and document all activities accurately.
Assist with laboratory procedural updates, development, and implementation.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology (required).
MLT License (required).
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment (preferred).
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, and close eye work requirements (e.g., computer use, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including pipetting, routine calculations, and equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Knowledge of laboratory safety, GLP standards, and infection control procedures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,300.00 - $87,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Salary : $52,300 - $87,100
