JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Package Attendant
Location: West Palm Beach
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule:
Mondy to Friday (5 days)(30 hrs total):
From 2:00pm to 8:00pm
Responsibilities:
As a Package Attendant at our upscale residential building, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless package management process for our discerning residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving packages from various couriers, including but not limited to Amazon, FedEx, UPS, and others.
- Accurately documenting and registering each package in our tracking system.
- Organizing packages in the designated package room for easy retrieval.
- Notifying residents promptly upon package arrival through preferred communication channels.
- Assisting residents with the retrieval of their packages during designated hours.
- Maintaining a neat and organized package room, ensuring efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with package tracking systems is a plus.
- Customer-centric approach and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary based on (40 hours a week, yearly)
