Title : Technical Ambassador – Coffee Vending Machines (East Coast)
Purpose : As a Technical Ambassador for Coffee Vending Machines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Eastern territories. Your responsibilities will include providing high-level technical support, guiding technicians, and promoting product enhancements.
Duties and Responsibilities :

- Provide high-level guidance and support to field technicians, assisting with complex equipment issues.
- Demonstrate equipment operation and advise customers on achieving optimal performance.
