We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English / Spanish) Document Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team in Miramar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing documents related to product registration and compliance for international customers. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, customer service abilities, and experience handling regulatory documentation.
Location : Miramar, FL
Pay Rate : $19 - $21 / hr
Schedule : 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare all necessary registration documents to complete product dossiers for international customers.
- Coordinate and ship documents and product samples required for product registration.
- Request official government documents for international shipments, including FDA certificates, Free Sales Certificates, GMP certifications, and veterinary documents.
- Enter and maintain customer information in the database and register company details in customer databases.
- Send documents to the Secretary of State and embassies for authentication.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all document shipments, registered products, and Ministry of Health requirements per country.
- Provide regular status reports on product registrations, document submissions, and expenses.
- Maintain open communication with customers and sales teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Support continuous SOP improvements and provide suggestions to management.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
