Position Overview:
As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating multi-needle embroidery machines to produce custom embroidered designs on garments, accessories, and other materials. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of materials.
- Set up machines, including threading, tension adjustments, and fabric placement.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Review design files and order specifications to ensure accurate production of customer orders.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, oiling, and replacing parts as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, making adjustments to the machine as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues with machine operation and embroidery quality.
- Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.
