Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Temporaty HR Assistant with in-depth knowledge of ADP systems to oversee and manage our HR operations. The successful candidate will lead the HR department, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and leverage ADP solutions to manage payroll, benefits, and HR information systems efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
- ADP Administration: Oversee the implementation and utilization of ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and other HR-related functions.
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing through ADP systems, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other voluntary programs via ADP, ensuring employee enrollment and updates.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices adhere to legal standards. Generate reports and audits as needed from ADP to support decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage the performance review process, ensuring feedback and development opportunities are communicated to employees effectively.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training and professional development programs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management, with specific experience in ADP systems (Workforce Now preferred).
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent knowledge of HRIS management and payroll systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
