- Architect and Develop Backend SystemsBuild and maintain backend services for fleet dispatching, state management, and operational optimization.
- Develop Optimization AlgorithmsCreate algorithms for route optimization, resource allocation, and fleet state distribution.
- Collaborate Across TeamsPartner with engineers, operators, and product teams to integrate software systems with physical hardware.
- Enhance Scalability and ReliabilityContinuously refine the platform to ensure scalability and robustness as operations expand.
- Proficiency in Backend DevelopmentExpertise in Go or Python, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience with Distributed SystemsProven ability to design and develop distributed and microservices architectures.
- Algorithm and Data Structure KnowledgeStrong understanding of optimization algorithms, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Real-Time System ExpertiseFamiliarity with event-driven and real-time data processing systems.
