We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Go or Python backend development. This role involves designing and implementing scalable backend systems to optimize fleet coordination, state transitions, and performance management. Collaboration across various teams will ensure the seamless operation of our systems in complex, real-world scenarios.
What You'll Do
- Architect and Develop Backend Systems : Build and maintain backend services for fleet dispatching, state management, and operational optimization.
- Develop Optimization Algorithms : Create algorithms for route optimization, resource allocation, and fleet state distribution.
