We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join a leading team in Raleigh, NC. This high-impact role is ideal for a test engineering expert with a strong background in performance testing, architecture, and automation tools—particularly within FDA-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design and execute performance test cases to ensure system efficiency.

✅ Set up and configure the test environment for performance testing.

✅ Develop optimized test strategies and suggest best testing approaches.

✅ Utilize industry-leading performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter.

✅ Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to enhance product reliability.

✅ Ensure compliance with FDA processes and regulations for medical devices.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/MS).

📌 5-10 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and architecture.

📌 Expertise in performance test tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.).

📌 Strong ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize systems.

📌 Prior experience in the medical device industry and FDA process knowledge is a plus.

📌 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
