RF Design Engineering Manager

A leading semiconductor company is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineering Manager to lead a team developing advanced mixed-signal ICs for RF and automotive applications.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the RF / Analog Design team
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing leaders to define product roadmaps
- Oversee project planning, execution, and resource allocation
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, and validation
- Drive hiring efforts for engineers and interns
- Stay updated on design innovations through research and industry engagement
