This company is searching for a Scrum Master to lead and inspire two Scrum teams, driving transformative solutions for Enrollment, Broker Commissions, and Billing in the small group and individual healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead two Scrum teams, facilitating key ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, and Quality Engineering (QE) teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentor teams on Agile best practices and principles, driving high performance.
Maintain essential project documentation, including burndown charts and velocity tracking.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Uphold Scrum values, ensuring a self-organizing, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications :
Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Leader, preferably with US healthcare insurance clients
Proven expertise in leading IT projects for Enrollment, Broker Commissions, and Billing
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Bonus for experience with healthcare payer regulations
Exceptional communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
