About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented SDET who can take ownership of designing, developing and enhancing automated testing solutions using Java and Cucumber for Web API and UI.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated testing solutions using Java-based frameworks, focusing on API and Web UI test automation.
- Implement robust automation frameworks from scratch, utilizing expertise in Cucumber, BDD methodologies, and Java best practices.
- Evaluate comprehensive coverage for functional and non-functional testing, including performance, security, and reliability checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality requirements, test strategies, and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong Java and Cucumber skills with proven experience in software development and testing.
- Familiarity with web services and REST API testing, as well as relevant tools like Apache Kafka, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in designing and executing non-functional tests, including performance and security checks.
