Principal RFIC Design Engineer

Base Salary : $125,000 - $240,000

We’re seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to drive the development of RF Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) and RF Switches for front-end applications.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in microwaves, RFIC design (LNA, PA, switches, filters), and related concepts.
- Proficiency with RF design tools (Cadence ADE, Keysight ADS, EMX, Momentum, HFSS).
- Experience with chip-level projects with 10 SOI / SiGe tape-outs from concept to production.
