Location : Austin, TX
Salary : $170,000 - $220,000 pa

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage support and maintenance of product-quality firmware for innovative platform solutions.
- Act as the primary interface for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and updates post-launch.
- Coordinate defect management, feature backporting, and release updates.
- Collaborate with firmware development teams to design and develop solutions for modern CPU and system IP-based infrastructure platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and line management for a geographically distributed team.
