The Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Rep/Hunter & Sales Manager who can do it all – close deals at the every level and build a high-performing team. You’ll be the driving force behind our sales success, setting the tone as both a hands-on closer and a mentor. What You’ll Do:
Lead by example: Roll up your sleeves and personally close key sales with high-level decision-makers, from C-suite executives to IT influencers.
Inspire and manage: Build and guide a team of sales hunters to exceed their goals, mentoring them on strategy and execution.
Drive revenue: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business growth objectives.
Build relationships: Establish and strengthen connections with commercial tenants, property owners, and leasing brokers, ensuring 5x5 Telecom is always the top choice.
Master the metrics: Track and analyze key sales data, ensuring both you and your team hit (and crush) quotas.
Own the sales process: From cold calls to closing contracts and product demos to proposals, you’ll manage it all while empowering your team to do the same.
What You Need:
Sales closer mindset: A proven track record of directly closing high-value deals, with 5 years of experience in telecom or ISP sales.
Leadership chops: Experience managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Telecom expertise: Deep knowledge of ISP services and the ability to sell complex telecom solutions to technical and executive audiences.
Strategic thinker: Ability to develop, execute, and adjust sales strategies for optimal results.
Relationship builder: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills to earn trust and loyalty at all levels.
