We are currently seeking a Payment Integrity Account Coordinator to join our fun, fast-paced environment.

Role Summary

• Act as a direct contact for day-to-day questions, communications, concerns from clients
• Support new sales efforts
• Assisting with and supporting new plan implementations, including but not limited to scheduling and running the implementation calls and completing the checklist
• Provides detailed reporting on claims volume, billed charges, savings, etc. and ensures all client reports are available and accurate
• Assures any plan changes that impact PI reviews are submitted and implemented by requested deadline

Essential Role Responsibilities

• Support a culture that is consistent with 6 Degrees Health values and beliefs 
• Supports the designated PI Account Executive
• Works collaboratively with other departments
• Log client complaints/concerns and follow-up by 6DH  
• Work collaboratively with the PI Team to identify process gaps and improve procedures  
• Other responsibilities or projects as assigned  

Essential Role Functions

• Must have the ability to read and understand various process flows and procedures 
• Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Must be willing and able to work a 5-day schedule and additional hours beyond regularly scheduled shift to cover vacancies, if necessary 
• Must be able to sit or stand for two hours at a time 
• Must be able to operate computers and phones to support position requirements 
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills are a must 

Minimum Requirements

• Self-funded healthcare experience preferred
• General understanding of sales process
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
• Experience in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• 4-year college degree preferred

The base salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $68,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that individual compensation will vary based on factors such as overall qualifications, skillsets, competencies, and work location.
